About this Role

Parexel FSP is looking for a Lead CRA to join our team. This position will lead a group of CRA's across LATAM. The candidates could be based anywhere in Argentina, Chile or Peru.

  • The Lead CRA will:
  • Have at least 3 years in Senior CRA role
  • Exceed expectations of Senior CRA role
  • Have monitored oncology trials

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Substantial Site Management experience or equivalent experience in clinical research, with understanding of clinical trials methodology and terminology

Had the opportunity to perform some or all of these tasks:

  • Serves as mentor to less experienced CRAs
  • Conducts assessment visits for less experienced CRAs
  • Supports with CRA peer interviews
  • Able to participate in business development proposals or meetings
  • May serve as Subject Matter Expert for processes or systems
  • Has demonstrated a commitment to continue to expand knowledge of therapeutic areas
  • Has served as a Lead CRA for studies
  • Has participated in audits and inspections
  • Act as a mentor and role model for other team members.

Education:

  • Educated to degree level (biological science, pharmacy, or other health-related discipline preferred) or equivalent nursing qualification or other equivalent experience

Location:

  • Chile, Peru or Argentina
